B2B Strategy Awards: Le Dénicheur Auto

This year, the award was presented to Le Dénicheur Auto. Alexis Romiguière distinguished himself by launching a solution that enabled his dealership to automatically identify relevant cash-for-car opportunities online. Building on his proven results at the family-owned dealership, Alexis Romiguière decided to make the service available to other professionals. The award was presented to him by Jonathan Damis, CEO of maProchaineAuto, a subsidiary of the Bee2Link Group, which also drives innovation in the automotive industry.

Transparency and trust have become the top criteria for customers when purchasing from used-car dealerships. Did BCI Chartres anticipate this new trend? It certainly seems so. In partnership with AutoSynthèse, the used-car dealer has developed a solution that involves an independent vehicle inspector (or expert) and a QR code system. All certified data, collected via an OBD device connected to the vehicle, is shared in a form on a platform. To access it, prospective buyers simply scan the code affixed to the vehicle on the lot. With one click, transparency is achieved. François Grumelart, co-founder of BCI Chartres, received his award from Christophe Sartorius, Icare’s sales director.
E-Reputation Award: Rousseau Group

E-Reputation Award: Rousseau Group

Statistics shared by our partners FidSparK (MotorK Group) and Custeed (Imaweb Group) have helped identify the dealership that received the highest rating from used-car customers in 2022. With an average score of 9.8/10 (based on more than 300 reviews), the Renault dealership in Cergy-Pontoise (95), owned by the Rousseau family, came out on top. Under the leadership of New and Used Vehicle Director Emmanuel Bianchin—who received the trophy from Arnaud Plege, Sofinco Auto’s head of partnerships—the Paris-area dealership is performing exceptionally well. Every member of the value chain is involved. The award thresholds are intentionally set low to maintain momentum. Furthermore, the used-car operations have been expertly streamlined. And it’s paying off! But it must be said that the Rousseau Group, as a whole, ranks among the best in France in this field.
Network Marketing Award: Toyota France

Network Marketing Award: Toyota France

Following Audi in 2021 and Volkswagen in 2022, another importer has emerged as a leader in 2023. This time, Toyota has successfully made its case. Initiatives have multiplied over the past few months to help the dealer network reach new heights. In a favorable environment, sales and financial results have been strong. Above all, dealers have been able to organize themselves and take advantage of a suite of tools that will undoubtedly help Toyota France achieve its ambitious goal: to become the most influential imported brand in the French used-car market. Emilien Castelli, the sales director of BCAuto Enchères, took the opportunity to commend this ambition by presenting the award to Thomas Gerard, head of the corporate, commercial vehicle, and used car department at Toyota France.
